Application of analytical chemical filter

    Chemical filter, also known as deodorizing chemical filter, is mainly used to remove chemical gas pollutants in the air to meet the needs of microelectronics, nuclear industry, pharmacy, chemical industry, environmental protection, laboratory animals, light industry and other industries. With the development of industry and urbanization, the concentration of harmful gases in the air increases; With the improvement of technology and living standards, people's demand for clean air has increased. The demand for chemical filters is increasing. At present, the most widely used chemical filter is activated carbon filter. Activated carbon selectively adsorbs gas instead of mechanically "filtering" impurities.

    Chemical filter material and catalyst
1) Chemical filter materials and catalysts are used to effectively remove molecular pollutants (AMC) in the air;
2) It is widely used to filter different harmful gases;
3) The residual life can be accurately analyzed;
4) Easy to replace and install after use.
Activated carbon particles are widely used as filter materials in chemical filters. There are many micropores on the surface of activated carbon. The total internal surface area of the material unit micropore is called "specific surface area", and the specific surface area can be as high as 700~2300 m2/g. When it comes to adsorption, activated carbon is called the "adsorbent" of harmful gases in the air, and activated carbon is the "adsorbent". When the adsorbate is adsorbed by the adsorbent, part of the adsorbate will be separated from the adsorbent, which is called "desorption". Chemical filters are mainly used to selectively adsorb harmful gas molecules. There are many invisible micropores in the activated carbon, which has a large adsorption area. In the activated carbon with the size of rice grains, the area of micropores exceeds 10 square meters. After free molecules contact the activated carbon, they condense into liquid in micropores. Because of the attraction between molecules, the adsorbate adheres to the inner surface of the micropores, which is generally physical adsorption. If there is a chemical reaction, it is called chemical adsorption.

            The above is the knowledge about chemical filters shared by Shanghai Junkai Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. Junkai Environment, founded in 2007, has rich experience in customized production of air filters of different specifications, and can produce qualified air filters according to customer needs and use scenarios. The filter element and filter screen for removing formaldehyde and haze for civil use have been widely used in the field of air purification in domestic fresh air fans, purifiers, residential buildings and other living scenes.
